The first thing to do is get together a couple of your favorite photo's. Once you have sent them to me we will start to discuss the portraits composition. This allows me to understand exactly what you want and if you are not quite sure right now it gives us a chance to come up with a plan |

Because it is a portrait painted by hand traditionally this gives you the opportunity to ask to have small un-wanted details left out from your photo. So don't worry to much about which photo to use send them over and we can discuss it fully |

| Once you are happy and have chosen the size of your portrait painting starts this can take a few weeks depending on how busy i am. But if you do have an urgent case usually because its a birthday present then please do contact me. | ||
| Once the portrait is finished I will send you a scan or photo of the finished painting. We can then discuss any small detail you want changing if any. I do not send or ask for payment until you are completely happy. This ensures you will be delighted and then so will I. | ||

Drying can take up to 2 weeks should you wish it to be framed. Or if you prefer I can send it right away in a painting tube for you to have framed locally. |  |

| I deliver all portraits using parcel force fully insured and guaranteed 48hr delivery. Or you can pick it up if you are local to Chester. | ||
